Characters of Pendragon
Arthur Pendragon
Born to lead. Called "The Hammer" from an early age. Wields a massive warhammer as well as Caliburn, his father's sword. Raised by Ector and taught in the Roman tradition, Arthur was a natural choice for Dux Bellorum when the Saxons appeared and the Kings of Brittania could not agree on a leader. Those that opposed him soon came to learn he was a loyal friend and a bitter enemy.
Gawain
Son of a traitor King and nephew to King Arthur. Gawain followed his father, King Lot of Lothian to war against Arthur only to learn of the nobility in Arthur's quest. After his father's death, Gawain saw Arthur and Lot's Queen, Morgause, reconciled. Gawain is one of Arthur's most loyal and trusted friends.
Gifted with an enchantment that sees him grow stronger during the daylight hours so that he is as strong as an ox at noon-time, Gawain is a valuable ally of Arthur's.

Lamorak
Ranked as "First Knight" and the best sword in service of the Dux Bellorum. Lamorak is constantly at war with Gawain and his brothers, the "Sons of Orkney" since Lamorak's father, Pellinore, killed Gawain's father, Lot. Lamorak is a stone killer and a terrible enemy, but he is loyal to Arthur. When he saw Lot's widow, Morgause, he was instantly beguiled by her seductive ways. Their tempestuous love affair has not sat well with Gawain and the other Sons of Orkney.
Percival
Lamorak's younger brother and already a zealot. He follows in his father Pellinore's footsteps and worships the Christian God with unmitigated zeal. He feels the world will be purged with fire and that those who do not follow God's word will be eradicated. Percival feels he will grow into a powerful Knight and that he will be the instrument of God's vengeance on the wicked and unholy.
